We have identified a problem with our Anti Allergy 2 pack Pillows. Unfortunately, it’s come to light that there is a potential issue with certain batches of these pillows, which do not fully comply with the UK Fire and Furnishings Regulations.
What To Do Next…
Because of this, we’ve taken the decision to recall the pillows and we advise any of our customers that may have purchased these items to return them for a full refund.

The batch code is a set of numbers detailed on a separate sewn in label located beneath the care label – as shown below.
How To Return…
We would be grateful if you could contact us on 0333 777 8000* to arrange a collection, or you can return them to your local store (without a receipt), if this is more convenient for you.
If you have given any of these items as a gift, please ask the recipient to return them to Next. They will not need a receipt to obtain a refund.
We want to assure you that the pillows were tested before this product was placed on the market and all passed, so we are investigating with our supplier why some subsequent batches have failed.
We’re very sorry for any disappointment and inconvenience this may cause, but we hope you’ll understand that customer safety is our highest priority.
